Katie is an ordinary girl who goes to school just like everybody else, but there’s one thing that’s just a bit different about her – she’s a witch and can do magic spells.
It’s meant to be a secret that she’s a witch, but of course, when you can do magic, it’s really hard to hide it from everyone else. Magic is against the school rules, and sometimes she gets into trouble for using it.
Katie's grandmother has an invisibile umbrella. When you open it and stand under it, you are invisible. Katie takes the umbrella to school to play some pranks.
But things go really wrong when Katie's teacher, Miss. Vile, confiscates the umbrella. Suddenly Miss. Vile is sneaking up on people all over the school - and the detention class is the fullest it has ever been.
Katie must get her grandmother's umbrella back... But how?
